Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of michaelorr.org (the "Site"), operated by Michael Orr, and any purchases made through the Site's shop. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

A All artwork, images, text, and content on the Site — including but not limited to visual poetry, collage, drawings, sculptures, and photographs of Michael Orr’s work — are the intellectual property of Michael Orr and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission. You may not download, screenshot, copy, scrape, or save any images or content from the Site for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial viewing. Reposting, printing, or otherwise using Site images — including on social media, in other publications, or in any other digital or physical format — without Michael Orr’s prior written permission is prohibited. Purchasing a physical piece of art (print, original, or edition) transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork, which remain with Michael Orr unless otherwise agreed in writing 

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor.

Some items are one-of-a-kind (1 of 1) or limited editions. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed, and listings may be updated or removed at any time.

We ship both within the United States and internationally.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of the work sold on this Site, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or an order was fulfilled incorrectly. If either of these occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email below with photos of the issue, and we will work with you on a resolution.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or account information
• Harass, spam, or abuse the contact form or any Site feature

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or disable accounts at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability or that it will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Orr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of items through it.

The Site uses third-party services, including GoDaddy (hosting and e-commerce), a payment processor, and Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
