Michael Orr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates michaelorr.org (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, use our contact form, or make a purchase through our shop, and how that information is used.

Contact form. When you submit the “Get in Touch” form, we collect your name and email address, along with any message you send.
Shop accounts and orders. If you create an account or place an order, we (and our shop/payment platform) collect information necessary to process the transaction, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, the Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality, remember your cart, and gather anonymous analytics about how visitors use the Site.
reCAPTCHA. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship shop orders
• Manage your account, if you create one
• Maintain the security and functionality of the Site

We share information only as needed to operate the Site and fulfill orders, including with:
• Our website hosting and e-commerce platform (GoDaddy)
• Payment processors, to complete transactions
• Shipping carriers, to deliver orders

International Orders
We ship internationally. If you place an order from outside the United States, your information may be processed and transferred outside your country of residence, including to the United States, in order to fulfill your order.

We retain contact form submissions and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, and comply with recordkeeping and tax obligations.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect some Site functionality (such as your shopping cart).
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
